Our Engineering Team is highly skilled and experienced in meeting the rigorous standards and requirements of the North American market. They are well-versed in the specific regulations, guidelines, and quality standards that are expected in this region.
As a licensed user of NX, Our skilled team utilizes NX to its fullest extent, leveraging its powerful features for modeling, assembly, and drawing. We can effectively visualize and validate our designs before moving into production, ensuring that the molds we manufacture meet the highest quality standards.

- Complete 3d design (preliminary, intermediate and final)
- Assembly 2d drawing (final) (preliminary and intermediate on request)
- BOM and 2d details drawing for manufacturing items on request.
MOLD FLOW AND ANALYSIS
Our mold flow analysis team consists of experts who have extensive technical skills and experience in providing optimal solutions and parameters for successful molding outcomes. They can perform accurate and reliable simulations of the molding process and identify potential issues and improvements.
DESIGN PROCESS
Feasibility (DFMA):We will illustrate the part issues, poor steel condition, list the actions, suggestion to simplify the mold and to reduce the mold cost.
Preliminary design: To get part layout & concept approval. Steel order & construction approval. All actions and machine fit approval. Rough machining approval.
Intermediate design: To get Cooing and ejection approval. All actions and mold base approval.
Final design: To get Full build approval. BOM (excel sheet and in 2d drawing).
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
We have a dedicated English-speaking program management team in place. This department is responsible for overseeing projects from kick-off to tryout, ensuring effective coordination and execution throughout the entire process. Our qualified engineers utilize various tools and documents to plan and track each project meticulously. The job information sheet, checklist review sheet, weekly report, and mold progress sheet are utilized to monitor and control all phases of the project. These tools enable us to stay organized, ensure proper communication, and maintain a clear overview of the project's progress.
Our goal is to deliver projects on time and with the highest level of quality, while keeping our clients informed and involved throughout the process.
